A sip of coffee and cinnamon?



Cinnamon, a spice that is not so popular in the field of nutrition. Relatively few studies found occasionally on better blood sugar and probably anti-diabetes benefits. Anyways, adding some cinnamon in your coffee is not a bad idea though. Might even enhance the antioxidant effect of coffee bean! What do you think? Have a great weekend ahead!
